Bushra Bibi challenges FIA notice in LHC

LAHORE: Bushra Bibi, wife of PTI Chairman Imran Khan has challenged Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) in Lahore High Court (LHC). As per details, justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh heard Bushra Bibi’s plea in LHC. Assistant Advocate General told said that case against Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi is registered in FIA that why federal counsel will submit response on this case.

Court asked that there was case against her in anti-corruption as well. In response, Assistant Advocate General said that he will submit report till anti-corruption.

Bushra’s counsel told court that FIA initiated inquiry on baseless accusations and she was summoned in case registered on political basis.
