KARACHI: Administrator DMC East Rahmatullah Sheikh said that it is important to provide medical facilities to public at government level in this era of inflation. are trying to improve condition of DMC East health centres.

Expressed views during inspection of PIB and Soldier Bazar Maternity Homes and Staff Clinic along with Superintending Engineer M&E Mubeen Sheikh, Director Tauqeer Abbas and Chief Medical Officer Dr Zartash Parveen he directed Chief Medical Officer to keep medical centres of DMC equipped with facilities, which machineries are defective and they should be repaired immediately. While details of buildings, furniture and other facilities need to be provided so that work can be done for improvement of medical centres under it.

He said that Medical Services Department should play its role to provide all facilities to area people. Dr. Zartash Parveen briefed him about health centres and said that soon report will be submitted to him about condition and requirements of medical centres.
