ISLAMABAD: Noted Islamic scholar Dr Zakir Naik has reached Pakistan. He was received at Islamabad Airport by Prime Minister Youth Programme Chairman Rana Mashhood, Ministry of Religious Affairs Additional Secretary Dr Attaur Rehman and Parliamentary Secretary Shamsher Ali Mazari.

Dr Zakir Naik will address public gatherings in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore and lead Friday prayer gatherings.

He will be in Islamabad on October 19 and 20, Lahore on October 12 and 13 and Karachi on October 5 and 6.

He will leave Pakistan on October 28. Islamic scholar Dr Zakir Naik will also meet high government officials and participate in public events.

Dr Naik earlier shared post on social media website X that he was invited by government of Pakistan and his son Farrukh Naik would accompany him.
