KARACHI: “We strongly condemn the conspiracy to malign Qazi Faez Essa CJP by social media and idiot You Tubers which appears a device to undermine the National issues and Prime Minister’s efforts.”

Hashmat Habib President Tehreek e Tahaffuz e Adlia with heavy heart demanded a strict action against PEMRA, PTA and Law enforcing agencies for their intentional in-action to curb the activities of these elements.

We think that Supreme Court itself is also partly responsible to leave these elements free causing propaganda against CJP Qazi Faez Essa whom I personally know right when he started practice as an associate of Mr. Rizvi Advocate mainly in civil matters and found him always a loving person and a laborious Advocate although he is found sometimes furious on unjustified acts.

Hashmat Habib said the code of Conduct is applicable on judges and it attracts action similarly against planted You Tubers working on a clear agenda their channels are equally responsible. Therefore, they must be dealt with in accordance with law.

Hashmat Habib said previously on many occasions we raised voice to give a shut up call to these elements that are working under the garb of freedom of speech but in fact committing a heinous crime. He said 9 questions by CJP are replied by SC Registrar which is sufficient to establish misconduct committed intentionally unfortunately by a few SC Judges.

Hashmat Habib said law demands strict action against all culprits because Judges are not exempted from legal action if committed by them. He said it is a right time to take bold step to bury this evil for the protection of dignity of judiciary. The principle ' Nip the Evil in the Bud' should not be ignored.
