She has been in a lot of controversy regarding maltreatment of her employees and had issues with some of her campaigns but she is working and she has been giving some interviews lately. Komal Aziz Khan talked to Hustle and shared her thoughts on several things as she shared how there are not many women like her in Pakistan. Komal spoke about how she is a foreign university graduate and in a better position than all the Pakistanis who study at mid-tier universities and they are all unemployed. Komal went on to say how she came to Pakistan to empower women and change the system of the country but how people have run smear campaigns against her has her a bit down but she will keep working on her goal. She also said that a businessman cannot be trained, they are born. She gave her own example that she can never work under anyone. She added that people say that they cannot have their own businesses because they do not have funds but those are all excuses. Komal said that she has done it all on her own.
