ISLAMABAD: Accepting PTI counsel plea, Election Commission (EC) adjourned hearing of prohibited funding case till April 18.

A 3-member bench of EC presided over by Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja took up case for hearing. Counsel for PTI Anwar Maqsood and Naveed Anjum appeared in EC.

Anwar Mansoor pleaded we have filed petition in high court and high court has fixed hearing on Friday. We wanted copy of decision which was provided too late to us.

CEC remarked you should have told me earlier. Tell us this was last chance for giving reply. Much time has elapsed in regard to this decision.
