Muharram 2024: Mobile phone service closure at specified places

KARACHI: Sindh government has identified various localities across Karachi where mobile phone service will be unavailable on 10th of Muharram.

Administration recommended to government not to suspend service completely in any city. According to spokesperson of, mobile service will be partially suspended on on 10th of Muharram from 8am to 10pm in most districts in Sindh. However, service will not be suspended where processions were not taken out.

Mobile service will not be suspended in various cities in Sindh. Services will be partially suspended in these cities.

According to administration, mobile service was suspended in some areas in Karachi, Hyderabad, Rohri, Sukker, Nawabshah, Dadu, Larkana and other cities and towns will be restored after culmination of processions in respective cities.
