Arts Council Karachi announces free training for young in IT

Karachi: Pakistan Youth Festival is in full swing at Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi. On third day of festival, bands from all over city took part in auditions of Battle of Bands Audition for 7 different categories.

President Arts Council Ahmad Shah said that education, training of youth and learning modern technology are very important to make Pakistan strong and stable. Arts Council will provide free IT learning facilities to youth. He said that Pakistan is currently suffering from economic difficulties. He said that India is earning one hundred and seventy five billion dollars from IT. Pakistan’s youth are more intelligent than India’s but unfortunately they do not get opportunities. After Youth Festival, they can get registered at Arts Council. We will start training soon under international trainers. People of city want us to contribute to development of country.

Instrumentalist, acting, dance, singing, speech, quiz and painting were included. Two special contests of live painting and photography were organised, in which Rs 25,000 announced for lucky winners.
