Counsel for petitioner Sajid told court we have filed a miscellaneous petition in this case. We want to make federation respondent.

Court remarked what is need for making federation respondent. You will have to satisfy court on maintainability of this petition. Imran Khan is not a public office holder now. See this point as well.

Imran Khan had submitted his affidavit with EC. Faisal Vawda case was of this nature too which was sent to EC from IHC. Matter was related to giving affidavit in light of Supreme Court orders.
