IHC accepts protective bail plea of Suleman Shehbaz

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has approved protective bail in respect of Suleman Shehbaz son of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif till December 13 besides restraining FIA from arresting him.

Petition filed by Suleman Shehbaz came up for hearing before Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Amir Farooq here.

During course of hearing court accepted protective bail plea of Suleman Shehbaz and ordered him to surrender till December 13.

CJ IHC remarked during hearing of case appearance of petitioner in person is must in connection with protective bail.

Amjid Pervez counsel for Suleman read out ticket of petitioner saying Suleman will reach Islamabad Airport by Saudi Airlines Sunday.

Later court while accepting protective bail plea of Suleman till December 13 restrained FIA from arresting him.
