KARACHI: Sindh Transport and Mass Transit Minister Sharjeel Memon directed authorities concerned to complete mobile app work for Peoples Bus Service. He issued these directives while chairing transport department meeting here.

In meeting, Minister was briefed on operation of bus service, its new routes, ITS and establishment of command and control room. Transport Minister further directed authorities concerned to activate intelligent transport system (ITS) in all buses of service. He said that mobile app will facilitate citizens in tracking buses in real-time and make payments online, while CCTV cameras, screens, live tracking and monitoring facilities will be activated with installation of ITS in buses. Minister said that citizens would be able to track bus service and pay through mobile application.
