ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Shareef on call with Bill Gates expressed full determination to eradicate all kind polio from Pakistan.

According to declaration issued by PM House, PM Shehbaz appreciated Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation aid in eradication of polio from country.

PM also hailed Bill and Melinda Foundation’s assistance in recent flood devastation in Pakistan. Shehbaz Shareef also informed Bill Gates about struggle of health minister and their team to eradicate polio.

Pakistan Prime Minister reiterated Pakistan willingness to strengthen cooperation with foundation.

While expressing concern over reporting of new polio cases in 2022 Prime Minister said Pakistan is determined to end polio from Pakistan.

On this occasion Bill Gates appreciated Pakistan’s attempts to polio eradication and reiterated Pakistan’s continues support with foundation.

During telephone conversation both leaders agreed to continue their work common purposes.
