PM Shehbaz, Mohsin Naqvi exchange views on country’s political situation

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi discussed country’s political situation.

Naqvi called PM Shehbaz. Several matters were underscored in line with Interior Ministry, Pakistan Cricket Board and country’s security situation.

Premier was informed about proposed reforms and restructuring plan of Federal Investigation Agency and National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA). PM Shehbaz stressed need for stern action against power theft.

Highlighting recent agreements worth US$10 billion, PM Shehbaz emphasised the importance of swift implementation.

The ambassador commended Pakistan's support during difficult times and expressed Kuwait's commitment to strengthening ties. PM Shehbaz lauded Ambassador Almutairi's efforts in enhancing Pakistan-Kuwait relations.
