Osman Khalid Butt, a well-known actor of the Pakistan showbiz industry, says that Time magazine's 'Person of the Year' honor should not have gone to the American singer Taylor Swift, but to the Palestinians. Osman Khalid Butt has expressed his reaction on social media site X on Time magazine awarding 'Person of the Year' to Taylor Swift.

In his post, he wrote that Time magazine's 'Person of the Year' should have gone to Palestinian journalists, doctors and ordinary citizens who have shown incredible courage in the face of genocide.

Osman has also written that if this honor can be given to the spirit of President Volodymyr Zelensky and Ukraine in the war against Russia in 2022, then what will happen to the spirit of Palestine? It should be noted that Time magazine last year named Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as 'Person of the Year'. This year, American singer Taylor Swift has been awarded with this honor.
