Angelina Jolie is unveiling facts or accusing Brad Pitt of them. In midst of their legal dispute over Château Miraval, a French winery former couple purchased more than ten years ago, Angelina Jolie has launched a countersuit against Brad Pitt.

In countersuit, which Variety was able to access, Jolie’s legal team provides fresh information regarding an alleged altercation between Pitt, Jolie and their children aboard a plane in September 2016. Jolie sold her share of Château Miraval without telling him and Pitt then sued her, claiming she had violated his “contractural rights.”

In countersuit, Jolie’s attorneys assert that negotiations with Pitt’s team about selling her stake in business came to an end when Pitt insisted she sign a nondisclosure agreement that would have legally prevented her from discussing Pitt’s mistreatment of her and their children outside of court. Countersuit claims that during 2016 confrontation, “Pitt choked one of children and struck another in face” and “grabbed Jolie by head and shook her.”

According to Jolie’s attorney, Pitt accused her of being “too deferential” to their children, which sparked argument. Two began to argue in aircraft’s restroom. Countersuit claims that after one of their children defended Jolie, Pitt made an attempt to physically assault youngster.
