ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that audio leak is a serious matter and such a security laps is a question mark and in such an environment, those who would visit Prime Minister House will think a hundred times before saying something.

Addressing a press conference here, he said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Vice President Maryam Nawaz didn’t ask for any favour for her son-in-law Raheel and a high power committee will be formed to probe into matter. To a query, he said that country was passing through ‘a state of war on economic front’ and coalition government was fully endeavouring to set national economy right. “Rest assure, we will not run away and will put it on right path,” he emphasised.

PM said that coalition government had focused on economic situation and striving day and night to improve economic conditions, therefore, they had no time for setting political scores with Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf Chief Imran Khan.

If he had spent half of time of his government on strengthening economy, there might be some improvement, he regretted without naming Imran Khan. Prime Minister responding to another query categorically said that general elections would be held on time and ruled out any threats to coalition government.
