Addressing press conference at Press Club here, he said, "Celebrating milad and taking out procession of milad is our duty", but, he added that government was showing apathy with regard to procession of 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal. He added that foolproof security arrangements were made for minorities in Pakistan, but no security arrangements were being made for those who celebrated 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal.

He said that incident of Mastung was proof of incompetency of government, adding suicide attack on procession of lovers of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was biggest cruelty.
