Sara Raheem Attorney Pak Fidai Housing Society gets Court warning to vacate flat

KARACHI: The Court of Additional District IV Karachi Central in its Order against first rent Appeal No. 40 of 2025 filed by Sarah Raheem Vs Karim & another disposed of an application section 21(2) of Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979, filed by the appellant for suspension of impugned order dated 04.03.2025.
Sara is also a close associate of Imran Arwan Panjwani, an illegal occupant of Karimabad Multipurpose Cooperative Society’s administrative committee claiming as its Hon. General Secretary with coordination of corrupt officials of Sindh Registrar of Coop Societies involved in financial scandals.
After hearing and perusing the record, the Court Ordered that the time till 08.04.2025 is granted to her (Mst. Sarah) for vacating of subject rented premises subject to clear all outstanding utility bills and rent amount, failing which the trial Court/ Execution Court would be at liberty to issue writ of possession along with police aid accordingly. Consequently, subject application is disposed of. Matter is adjourned to 09.04.2025. It may be mentioned here that Mst. Sarah wife of Raheem is a tenant of Flat No. 314, K-4, Karimabad Housing Society Federal ‘B’ Area Karachi. She claims to be the Attorney of 70 members of Pak Fidai Housing Society. Sarah has to pay outstanding rent arrears of previous months, and utility charges of Sui Gas, as well as maintenance charges and most amazingly K-Electric’s electricity dues up to Rs.1,221,171 till December 2024.
Earlier, during the course of arguments, the appellant (Mst. Sarah) agreed to vacate the subject premises till 08.04.2025 and she will clear all outstanding utility bills and rent amount, to which the respondent raised no objection in this regard subject to fulfill all conditions and terms as endorsed by the appellant. The appellant (Mst. Sarah) had filed affidavit along with statement of learned advocate for the appellant, which was placed on record.
