Sindh Governor House to host Pakistan's first-ever Governors' Conference

KARACHI: In a groundbreaking development, the Sindh Governor House will host the country's first-ever Governors' Conference, marking a significant milestone in Pakistan's history.

The conference, scheduled to take place on January 7, 2025, will be hosted by Governor of Sindh, Kamran Khan Tessori.

The event will bring together governors from across the country, including Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi, who met with Governor Tessori to finalize the arrangements.

The conference will focus on key issues including formulating strategies to increase investment in Pakistan and promote economic growth.

Also, discussions on the country's development and prosperity, with a focus on inter-provincial cooperation and exchange programs.

In addition to this, consultations on the role of governors in addressing the country's social, economic, and societal challenges, and identifying solutions to promote the welfare of the people.

This historic conference aims to foster greater collaboration and cooperation among the provinces, promote national development, and address pressing social and economic challenges.
