Food Champ 2023: Resounding success celebrating culinary excellence

Karachi: Cothm emerges as driving force behind exceptional culinary students’ remarkable achievement at Food Champ 2023. Cothm’s persistent dedication to culinary education has played significant role in developing skills and cultivating potential of aspiring cooks who exhibited their proficiency at renowned event.

Turkish Consul General Cemal Sangu was the guest of honour at the event. Pir Syed Muhammad Khurram Shah Jilani Group Head Dreamworld, Sabir Ahmed Executive Director COTHM Karachi and Azhar Jamil Vice President Corporate Chefs Association of Pakistan were also present in event.

Group Head Dreamworld Pir Syed Khurram Shah Jilani also received an appreciation award by the Turkish Consul General at the event.

Food Champ 2023, much-anticipated culinary extravaganza ended with bang, leaving contestants and viewers in awe of incredible culinary ability on display. Prestigious event held in Karachi from June 17 to June 19, 2023 brought together culinary enthusiasts, prominent chefs, industry leaders and food lovers.

Khurram Shah appreciating efforts of organisers termed event as world-class and keeping culinary traditions in high esteem. 

Food Champ 2023 featured peak of gastronomic innovation of Cothm students and craftsmanship via dynamic lineup of culinary competitions, live demonstrations and immersive food experiences. Participants demonstrated their remarkable culinary abilities and creativity in pasta, chicken, seafood, and more.

Azhar Jamil was of view that Food Champ 2023 promoted information sharing, networking opportunities and culinary inspiration in addition to contests. Attendees got opportunities to see live competitions in presence of industry professionals, getting essential insights into most recent culinary trends, methods and flavors.
