IGP Punjab submits Imran’s assassination attempt FIR in SC

ISLAMABAD: Inspector General Police (IGP) Punjab has submitted report of registering First Information Report (FIR) of assassination attempt on former Prime Minister Imran Khan in Supreme Court (SC). Report submitted said that case has been lodged on order of SC.

Terrorism provision 302, 324 has also been included in assassination attempt case. Case has been lodged in Wazirabad City Police Station. IGP submitted report in Lahore registry of Supreme Court. Supreme Court directed yesterday IGP to register FIR on incident within 24 hours and submit report.
