Pakistani actor Javed Sheikh recently shared his thoughts on Bollywood’s top Khans-Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Aamir Khan. While he hasn’t met with them in a while, Sheikh expressed that if he had the opportunity, he would advise them to approach their roles in a more sophisticated manner.

His comments come amidst a conversation about the challenges Bollywood is currently facing, particularly regarding the recent box office failure of Salman Khan’s Sikandar, a film that did not meet expectations due to its weak storyline. Sheikh believes one of the key reasons for the decline in Bollywood’s success is the growing influence of streaming platforms like Netflix, which have shifted audience preferences towards more diverse and compelling content. He pointed out that many Bollywood films, including Sikandar, are struggling to resonate with audiences due to a lack of fresh, engaging stories.

The seasoned actor also suggested that the Khans adapt their performances to meet the evolving demands of the audience. He emphasized that with each passing era, the expectations of moviegoers change, and the actors should aim to reinvent their characters and roles.

Rather than focusing on limitations, Sheikh encouraged them to embrace a broader range of characters, thus allowing for a continuous improvement in their craft. Ultimately, he believes this would help them stay relevant and maintain their dominance in the industry.
