Judges dissenting note makes no difference: Fawad Ch

ISLAMABAD: PTI Leader Fawad Chaudhry has said that dissenting note from judges makes no difference.
He said this while talking to media men outside Supreme Court (SC) here. He held PTI wants independent judiciary. Dissenting note makes no difference because dissenting note has no legal standing.
We want to see SC stronger, he remarked. Power to constitute bench rests with Chief Justice of Pakistan, he observed. PTI has same stance what is stance of people.
