PAC organises inter-school Sindhi speech, culture event

Karachi: In order to promote Sindhi language and culture in private sector-managed schools in Karachi, a Sindhi language debate competition was held here at Stanmore School North Nazimabad yesterday.

Director Directorate of Inspection and Registration of Private Institutions Sindh Rafia Javed Mallah, Nasir Raza Zaidi founder President Pakistan Academic Consortium (PAC), Fahad Naseem Siddiqui CEO Stanmore School and General Secretary PAC and President Consumer Association of Pakistan Kaukab Iqbal were in attendance.

Students from different schools participated in competition besides parents and guests. Participants praised pupils’ narratives they delivered on importance of Sindhi language and culture during competition. Fahad Naseem was of opinion that aim of event was to acquaint school children of Sindhi culture as well as promoting language in private-run schools.
