PYMA terms Textile Asia breath of fresh air for industries

KARACHI: Sohail Nisar senior Vice Chairman Pakistan Yarn Merchants Association (PYMA) described Textile Asia exhibition as very important for textile industry, which aims to focus on immense buying selling potential of textile and garment machinery, clothing textiles accessories, textile raw material supplies, weaving machines, spinning machines, textile dyes chemicals, embroidery machines, power and air compressors for textile industry and textile allied services.

Sohail Nisar said that in current situation, this exhibition has proved to be breath of fresh air for industries, as ongoing serious economic crises in country, high dollar price, delay in clearance of imported raw materials consignments, non-opening of LCs, heavy taxes and high rates of electricity and gas, cost of industrial production increased enormously.

However, Textile Asia Exhibition has definitely reduced sufferings of industrialists to some extent as foreign buyers visiting exhibition were proving to be new ray of hope.

He discussed industrial problems with President Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Tariq Yousuf at PYMA’s stall in exhibition and requested to play role to do its part to bring textile industry out of crisis.

Saqib Good luck, Aslam Moten, Farhan Ashrafi, Saqib Naseem, Khurram Bharara, Rizwan Diwan, Sohail Ahmed, Ziaul Arfeen, Junaid ur Rehman, Arif Lakhany, Shoaib Sharif, Asim Ejaz, Hasan Sohail, Saeed Good luck were also present.
