ISLAMABAD: PTI leader Babar Awan has said Shahbaz Gill is being subjected to custodial torture. “It can be seen in CCTV footage that he was hit by pistol butt. Shahbaz Gill showed it in court room by lifting up his shirt, he said this while talking to media men here outside Islamabad High Court. It was said in TV programmes that such torture was perpetrated which cannot be shown, he stated.  Law says no one can be forced to confess crime through torture, he indicated. Article 14-F of Constitution is being trampled. Prestige of any one cannot be hurt, he added.

He underlined that hospital has been turned into police station. No one is being allowed to meet him, he added.  Confessing offence in presence of police is of no importance, he remarked.
