Karachi: Sixth edition of Future Summit kicked off at local hotel here yesterday in the metropolis. CEO Nutshell Group Muhammad Azfar Ahsan insisted that platforms like TFS are to build pressure on concerned stakeholders to be united for sake of Pakistan.  Minister for Climate Change Sherry Rehman said there is dire need for corporate and business to make ESG an integral part of their vision for future. During the impressive event, business moguls, corporate top brass praised the vision of CEO Nutshell Group Azfar Ahsan for bringing key stakeholders from diversified sectors at one platform for encouraging talks for bringing viable change in the long run.

Muhammad Aurangzeb CEO and President Habib Bank Limited and Pakistan Banks Association said that business model in Pakistan needs to be changed with stakeholders such as chambers of commerce, while associations and banks should devise long-term strategy through collaboration with or without government.

Aamir Ibrahim CEO and President JAZZ and Chairman Mobilink Microfinance Bank said that telecom is not merely sector, but it is an enabler to many sectors and facilitator of economic growth.

It is not just profitability factor but social responsibility for effective leadership,” said President and CEO Faysal Bank Limited Yousaf Husain.  William Bao Bean General Partner SOSV and Managing Director Orbit Startups said, “Our Company in Pakistan turned from $0 to 1.4 million in one year only.” Zeeshan Sheikh, Country Manager Pakistan and Afghanistan International Finance Corporation and Maheen Rahman CEO InfraZamin Pakistan also spoke.
