KARACHI: Jaffar Express horrible hijacking is more than enough to open eyes and mind and to find reasons and remedy it has become absolute necessary that a representative Probe Commission should be constituted.

Hashmat Habib President Tehreek e Tahaffuz e Adlia said we cannot establish State writ without justice otherwise the terrorist activities will continue. He said time is running very fast; present Government with active assistance of Armed forces as permissible under the Constitution can resolve this issue and remedy lies in establishment of probe commission with clear terms of reference and pledge to execute its recommendations without fear and favor. Senior lawyer said Baluchistan is Pakistan therefore all parties’ conference or temporary remedial act is not enough.

We must think to first find out the real cause which exists in the society disturbing the security of peoples and solid remedy must be determined forthwith.  Hashmat Habib said the constitution of probe commission which should provide remedy is only solution because Baluchistan crisis need to be solved on emergent basis for safety and security of Pakistan. Facilities such as tax holidays for investors can be extended for rapid development of the area and employment opportunities in addition to other activities with legal backing to promote national sentiments.

He said we should keep in mind that issue relates to larger geographical area thus it is a dire need of establishing Army Cantonments in the vital areas like Gawadar and other sensitive zones of minerals. No one can deny that Makran coastal Highway from Karachi to Gwadar is very important route for development of economy among both cities but the problem is that there were no fuel stations and other amenities provided for travelers and transporters to facilitate business and industrial activities. This is also sorry state that Gwadar airport is established but there were no flights although to make it feasible Central Asian States and other regional airlines must be attracted to get transit facilities for their regular overseas flights. It is a golden chance that Gwadar is feasible for trade and industry if a regular ferry service be provided from Karachi on cheap fair, vast cargo space, and passengers’ accommodation which will flourish tourism as well, senior lawyer added.
