Governor Sindh pays homage to Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai's (RA) shrine

KARACHI: Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori visited the shrine of Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai (RA) on the second day of the 282nd Urs celebrations, offered Fateha, and laid a floral chadar.
He recorded his remarks in the visitors' book and distributed suits among the attendees.
Speaking to the media, the Governor Sindh said that Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai (RA) is a great blessing for Sindh, whose message is one of peace and love.
He stressed the need to act upon and spread this message in today's world. He praised the administration for making excellent arrangements for the Urs and stated that after the "Marka-e-Haq", it is now essential to implement "Marka-e-Economy", "Marka-e-Love", and the "Marka-e-Unity."
Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori recalled that on May 10, the Pakistan Army inflicted a crushing defeat on the enemy, with the entire Pakistani nation standing shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces. He expressed grief over the recent dumper accident in Karachi and said that measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori stated that hatred and ethnic divisions must be eliminated and vowed to serve all people as a son of Sindh. He emphasized the importance of ensuring citizens' fundamental rights and advancing development projects, health, and education. He also said that Ajrak is an important part of Sindh's culture and dignity and urged avoiding political point-scoring.
Governor Sindh highlighted that out of 50,000 students enrolled in IT courses, 16,000 are Sindhi, which reflects a commitment to serving the public without discrimination.
Governor Sindh Kamran khan Tessori was accompanied by MPA Nasir Qureshi, Deputy Commissioner Matiari Muhammad Yousuf Sheikh, SSP Matiari Ijaz Memon, and other dignitaries.
