Yousuf Pathan says world wants to see Indo-Pak clashes

ISLAMABAD:  Former Indian all rounder Yousuf Pathan said Wednesday the world wants to see cricket resuming between India and Pakistan, however, adding that approval from Indian government is must for any bilateral cricket to happen.

Talking to Cricket Pakistan in Dubai, the former all rounder said World wants to see the matches between Pakistan and India, as cricketers also get an opportunity to learn from them, and players from neighboring countries play against each other. Fans also love to watch the players in action.

"It is up to the governments of the two countries when there is mutual cricket," said Yusuf.

He added that the game will also get a boost; the young cricketers here will get a great opportunity to improve their game while sharing the dressing room with the international players.

“Indian players bear pressure better; our bench strength is very strong, and every player. There is also a good alternative," he said.

When asked about Pakistan players not being a part of the ongoing IlT20 in the UAE, Yusuf Pathan said
