ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) while adjourning hearing of NAB amendment case for indefinite period has remarked further hearing will be conducted on availability of judge. Court further remarked order for arrangement in connection with appearance of Imran Khan through video link will stay.

Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa has remarked as to why Parliament be not suspended this way.  He further observed either we break law or military break law, it is same thing.  For how long we will continue to make mad ourselves. Should I suspend it if any law is not liked by me, is it honesty. Will we be able to move forward ever as country. Is it not exploitation to suspend law, constitute new bench against it and hear other cases. We will seek reply from Imran Khan to these questions. PTI founder should note these points.

Justice Athar Minallah remarked fortifying Parliament is job of politicians. Too much water has flown beneath bridges. Was suspending practice and procedure wrong or right. However it was suspended under order of this court.  Five members bench headed over by CJP Qazi Faez Isa took up case for hearing. At inception of hearing former Prime Minister Imran Khan was presented through video link in court.
