Karachi: Zameen.com launched Construction Cost Calculator (CCC). It is tool that utilises Zameen.com’s in-house algorithms to calculate amount of materials to be used in construction of house or building. It provides latest material costs applicable in each city, which can further be amended according to specific bylaws of particular housing society.

It has been designed to provide people trying to determine price quote for their customers. Users can specify precise size of development, along with details like number of bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens etc. to calculate price specific to their particular house of any size and dimension including cost of grey structure and finishing materials such as cement, bricks, crush, sand, paint, electrification, plumbing etc.

It is freely available to general public. Just visit Zameen.com, select calculator option add your details in spaces provided and you will be presented with an exact estimation of cost of construction for your house. 

Director Products Usman Ali stated that purpose is to provide users with an easy to use tool to calculate cost of construction of house. New tool would make this process much more convenient and less time consuming. It would also help contractors who could use up to date information provided by Zameen.com to accurately estimate construction costs when pitching to their clients
