DMC South lays special emphasis on roads construction, repair: Administrator

Karachi: Administrator of DMC South Hammad ND Khan said that administration of DMC South is continuously working on construction and repair of roads and patchwork for convenience of people so that they can be provided with all possible facilities for safer and comfortable travel.

Smooth and wide roads not only facilitate flow of traffic, but also save fuel as well as maintain durability of vehicles, he expressed these views while inspecting repair and mechanical ironing work of various streets of Teen Talwar Clifton. Superintending Engineer Rafiq Shaikh was also present. Administrator further said that it is impossible to deny importance of roads in means of transportation and in modern era, roads play an important role in development of nations to provide municipal facilities to people.

Available resources are being used under coordinated strategy because if spirit of service and performance of one’s duties are done with good intention lack of resources cannot hinder achievement of objectives.

Administrator South said that our commitment and priority is to serve public, for which we are using all our abilities and with collective efforts to provide municipal facilities to people of South District. Strength and durability of construction and repair work is being given great importance under future requirements.
