Governor Sindh, CM Murad attend 53rd National Day celebrations event at UAE Consulate

KARACHI: Governor Sindh, Kamran Khan Tessori and Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah were warmly welcomed by the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Alzaabi, Consul General, Dr. Bakheet Ateeq Al Remethi, and other diplomatic staff at the UAE Consulate.
The UAE diplomatic staff greeted provincial high-ups with traditional Arabic songs and chants of “Marhaba, Marhaba” (welcome). The Governor presented the Ambassador with a bouquet of flowers.
The visit coincided with the 53rd National Day of the UAE, and Governor Tessori participated in the celebrations.
The Ambassador, Consul General, and other officials, along with Governor Tessori and CM Murad, cut a cake to mark the occasion. President Women Wing Pakistan Peoples’ Party Faryal Talpur also attended the celebrations at the UAE Consulate.
Both Governor Tessori and Sindh CM Murad extended warm felicitations to the Ambassador, Consul General, and the people of the UAE on their 53rd National Day. They expressed good wishes for the UAE nation and highlighted the strong bilateral relations between Pakistan and the UAE.
“Pakistan and the UAE enjoy strong brotherly ties, and our relations are becoming increasingly stronger with time,” said Governor Tessori.
CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah said “The people of Pakistan have a deep emotional attachment to the UAE.”
The meeting was a testament to the growing friendship and cooperation between Pakistan and the UAE.
