Karachi: On instruction of CEO Water Board Syed Salahuddin Ahmed Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) officials took action against occupation mafia and reinstated 60 acres of Water Board land near old Damloti Pumping Station and Damloti Well. Attempt to occupy land failed. Operation was supervised by Chief Engineer WTM Muhammad Mansoor Siddiqui besides SE Tanveer Sheikh, Abdul Aziz, Siddique Tanyu and officials and Sindh Police were also present.

According to press release, boundary wall and other structures built for plots have been demolished while relevant police has been requested to take legal action against accused involved in occupation.
