ISLAMABAD: SAPM Atta Tarar said if benches continue to dissolve this way then institution will lose its credibility. “Matters are heading toward Sajjad Ali Shah-2. Two Tarars will continue to stand for cause of upholding Constitution, he said this while talking to media men outside Supreme Court (SC). He held lawyers had reservations on bench. Objection was raised following constitution of bench. If such decisions are taken then credibility of institution will go where.

He stated nation will not accept this one man show.

All crisis should have been decided after consultation. We have seen tradition of circular for first time. Nation is already facing problems. All should sit together and resolve problems.

Constitution of full bench has become imperative now. If full court is not constituted then this matter will further prolong. Constitutional crisis has been created in country, he added.
