Gaza: Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh has called on international community to create “United front” to stop Israel’s attacks in Gaza Strip, Al Jazeera reported.

“We place at top of our priorities stopping Israeli aggression and bringing in medical and relief aid to prevent major humanitarian catastrophe,” Shtayyeh said during meeting with 25 ambassadors, representatives and consuls.

Meanwhile, Israeli military has said that one of its tanks accidentally hit an Egyptian position near border with Gaza Strip, Reuters reported.

“Incident is being investigated and details are under review. IDF (Israel Defense Forces) expresses sorrow regarding incident,” it said in statement, giving no further details.
