ILMA University celebrates academic excellence: 350 graduates honoured at 19th Convocation

Karachi: ILMA University marked significant milestone in its illustrious journey of academic excellence as it celebrated its 19th Convocation at local hotel. Event witnessed conferral of degrees upon more than 350 pass out graduates, signifying their remarkable accomplishments and dedication to learning.

Academic procession was led by Registrar ILMA University Syed Kashif Rafi accompanied by graduates, esteemed faculty members, deans, guest of honours and members BoG ILMA University.

Vice Chancellor ILMA University Prof. Dr. Mansoor-uz-Zafar Dawood, Chancellor Noman Abid Lakhani, T.I, declared convocation open. Personalities from education and corporate sector joined ILMA University in applauding exceptional achievements of its graduates.

Highlight of ceremony was recognition of academic brilliance, with total of 42 medals awarded to outstanding graduates including 28 outshined female graduates with academic excellence, earning prestigious medals, reflecting ILMA’s commitment to fostering gender equality and empowerment through education.

  Convocation management received support from Department of Quality Assurance and Liaison, under Leadership of Fawwad Mahmood Butt. Students showcased more than 15 final year projects with innovative solutions which were highly apprised by industry professionals.

Graduates were offered induction in ILMA University’s Management Trainee Programme leading to lucrative job opportunities to more than 300 candidates.  Noman Abid Lakhani commended graduates, their parents and faculty for their perseverance, resilience and academic excellence.

He emphasised ILMA University’s unwavering commitment to providing nurturing environment that fosters holistic growth and prepares students for challenges of future.
