‘Physical theater display’ staged by Arts Council Karachi

KARACHI: Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi presented spectacular physical theater display, attended by American Consulate Public Affairs Officer Lee McManus, President of Arts Council Muhammad Ahmad Shah and American theater instructor Hannah Gaff. Students of Theater Academy of Arts Council Karachi participated in physical theater display.

Ahsan Bari did duties of moderator. Lee McManus, Public Affairs Officer of American Consulate said that there is lot of talent in Pakistan, organising such theater and group programs. They play an important role in connecting culture and people of both countries and strengthening ties. He said that Hannah Gaff is talented artist, I thank Ahmed Shah with whose support all this is possible. Hannah Gaff said that Pakistan and Arts Council Karachi has settled in my heart. Arts Council is my home and people here are my family. Arts Council is an institution where daily programmes are held, students here are very capable and talented. I hope that I will continue to come to Pakistan to do different projects in future. In physical theater display, different stories and dances are skillfully presented by students, students in various characters like clowns perform their art. Theater training at Arts Council Karachi was given by American physical theater instructor Hannah Gaff. Physical theater instructor Hannah Gaff's excellent training was greatly appreciated by participants.
