Lahore: In wake of intense law and order situation, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan  yet again blamed Pakistan Democratic Movement-led government for pushing country towards “Terror incidents”. “Imposed, corrupt and incompetent rulers are pushing the nation towards terror incidents,” Imran Khan said while speaking at consultative meeting which was also attended by party’s senior leadership as well as Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid’s leader Moonis Elahi.

PTI Chief’s comments on state of terrorism in country came at time when country is yet again witnessing spate of terror attacks, particularly in federal capital, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

Commenting on state of national security, Imran Khan said, “Leaving national security on mercy of Asif Zardari’s politically-immature son is criminal stupidity.”

Imran Khan said that his party is watching situation closely. “We will strongly resist efforts to expose nation towards major disaster,” he said.

Calling out incumbent government, Khan asked them to go off their ways of benefiting from National Reconciliation Ordinance and demanded announcement of snap polls.

“Only government with public mandate will be able to manage economy,” he said, underlining serious economic state of country as indicated by economists. “I had forewarned about consequences of conspiracy imposed on foreign signals. After economy’s destruction, nation is asking that on whose behest internal chaos is being fuelled,” Khan said.
