Shahid Afridi comes forward to support flood-hit families in Sindh

KARACHI: Pakistan's former star all-rounder Shahid Khan Afridi is on a mission to rescue flood-hit families of Sindh.  

Taking to Twitter, Afridi thanked donors of his foundation for their help in launching a rescue operation in Sindh. As per initial updates, Shahid Afridi Foundation (SAF) has reached to five districts of Sindh to provide food and medicines to flood-hit families. Earlier, SAF launched a relief operation in flood-hit areas of Balochistan. The cricketer-turned-philanthropist kept updating his fans about SAF's work.  After retiring from international cricket, Afridi got involved in social work. He also served people during tough time of Covid-19 pandemic.
