Sindh to start disbursing Rs15.6bn subsidies from March 28

KARACHI: Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon said that Sindh government would start disbursing subsidies worth Rs 15.6 billion to deserving families across province from today.

‘This amount is being given for purchase of flour, he said. Memon said in his tweet that 7.8 million families of Sindh will benefit from this initiative of Sindh government through BISP.

He said that deserving families would receive confirmation SMS from Tuesday afternoon. He said that if anyone does not receive message, he can confirm it by sending his national identity card number on 8171.
