Flynas launches electronic service of ‘stopover visa’

KARACHI: flynas Saudi air carrier and leading low-cost airline in Middle East announced that its passengers can apply for an electronic Stopover Visa through its website. ‘Stopover Visa’ is issued after purchasing airline ticket and validity of visa extends to three months and stay in Kingdom up to 4 days.

Visa application will be passed automatically to unified national visa platform at Ministry of Foreign Affairs to process and issue digital visa immediately and send it to beneficiary via e-mail.

Bandar Almohanna CEO, Managing Director of flynas said, “We see practical application of this integration and cooperation by enabling national carriers to facilitate request for issuing Stopover visa”.

He indicated that new service will link Kingdom’s cities with 250 global destinations and 100 million tourists annually.

Additionally, 4-day visa can also be used to perform umrah and visit Prophet’s Masjid in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah besides business trip.
