ISLAMABAD: Justice Qazi Faiz Isa wrote letter to members of Judicial Commission regarding appointment of two judges in Supreme Court. Currently, there are 15 judges working in Supreme Court instead of 17 and Justice Qazi Faiz Isa is senior member of them. According to sources, Justice Qazi Faiz Isa sent letter to all members of Judicial Commission. In letter Justice Isa suggested appointment of Chief Justice of Sindh High Court Ahmed Ali Sheikh and Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court Musarat Hilali.

According to sources, purpose of this letters seemed that consideration should be given to bringing both Chief Justices to Supreme Court on principle of seniority.
