KARACHI: Divisional President Larkana Chamber of Agriculture Syed Sirajul Oliya Rashdi urged to PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari that more than a month has passed, millions of flood victims are starving under open sky helpless, thirsty, hunger and facing epidemics. In a statement he said that officers created NDMA and PDMA are busy stealing billions of rupees of aid received from all over world in name of flood victims.

He said that hundreds of people have died and survivors are also close to death and there is no permanent rescue operation for victims from their side.  He appealed to Chief Justice Supreme Court of Pakistan and Chief Justice Sindh High Court to conduct judicial inquiry against conspiratorial elements who destroyed Sindh under planning and WAPDA SCARP and Sindh Irrigation Department.
