Inflation is the rate of growing in prices in a specified period of time. Due to increase in raw materials and wages. Every as inflation increase consumer buying power decrease which source of illegal priorities of peoples Firstly, Pakistan ought to suffer unemployment which is weakness and strength of the country increasing inflation promotes crimes like thefting, robbery, smuggling, transfer of black money, addiction of drugs exacta. Here is figure of 10 years ratio of inflation and crime rate comparison which shows ups and downs of inflation causes ups and downs in crime rate:

Pakistan ranking in the world in terms of inflation as the fourth topmost country. Pakistan is also among ten top poorest countries in the world along with Argentina then Turkey and Brazil. However, Pakistan is on the 88th  rank in terms of crime rates.

If we ask about most worst inflation spell which country had to face in the history, the one that will always come in our mind is Germany during the Weimar Republic, it started in October 1923 when the wholesale prices increased by twenty nine thousand five hundred percent as the price of bread in 1922 was 163 and in 1923 it was 1.5 billion prices was double by every 3 days they ongoing printed the money but soon they realized that the worth of currency was vanished. After being passed from traumatic era the clashed the old currency and get a new one which take along the value of currency again. But now Germany count up in developed countries of the world.

  • Pakistan faced a lot more aspects which drown Pakistan in inflation likewise, Afghanistan crisis due to suicide attacks started from 2002
  • Covid-19 era most difficult time across the world.
  • Mostly recent floods disaster of August 2022 in Pakistan where all and sundry donated excessive amounts and relief items but that is not sufficient as it causes direct effect on Pakistan’s economy

But “If there is a will, there is a way”. Here are some key points where we can cope up in the most effective manner:

  • Education rate needs improvement
  • High tax rate should be declined
  • Increase the level of exports
  • Employment rate must be high
  • Enhance entrepreneurship skills and abilities
  • Establish more businesses
  • Equal opportunity for every cast, colour and race
  • Rule of law should be applied without discrimination.

Heavy penalties should be imposed over crimes. In conclusion, like Germany there are many other countries that witnesses hyperinflation like Zimbabwe, Greece etc. but they overcome those hurdles with uniquemethodologies to counter inflation impact.

Hence, “Inflation is not just a name of increasing price but it is a mixture of problems and a highly introspective process to be dealt with great caution.”
