KARACHI: On successful investigation conducted under supervision of Shahla Qureshi Superintendent of Police Investigation Central accused Yaqoob alias Sindhi s/o Ali Muhammad has been convicted by 1st Additional Sessions Judge Karachi MCTC-1 in FIR 302/22 u/s 6/9 C CNSA of PS Nazimabad District Central, Karachi.

Court has sentenced him 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs 100,000. Similarly accused Maqsood Ahmed s/o Maqbool Ahmed has been convicted in FIR 196/22 u/s 6/9 C CNSA of PS Bilal Colony District Central Karachi.

Court sentenced him 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs one million. And accused Raqib has been convicted by Anti-Terrorism Court 4 in FIR 316/19 u/s 353/324/392/34 PPC and 317/2019 of PS Rizvia Society District Central Karachi. Court sentenced him 5 years of rigorous imprisonment.
