Kubra Khan and Gohar Rasheed have been close friends for almost decade now and despite being contemporaries in Pakistani drama and film industry, it is only now that they are starring together in drama serial.

Kubra took to her Instagram to unveil her newest project titled 'Jannat Se Aagay', which will air on Geo Entertainment starting August 11. 7th It is Sky Entertainment production.

From teasers and trailers of drama, it is clear Gohar Rasheed will be playing role of Kubra's partner and husband. Gohar shared poster of drama on his Instagram, which featured both him and Kubra alongside title and release date of play. Underneath post, Kubra commented, "Finally on screen together! Only took us 8 years to star opposite each other. Best of luck, G.". To this, Gohar responded by saying "Finally! I got chance to work with best. Best of luck, K.".
