KWSC congratulates nation on 77th Independence Day

KARACHI: Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KWSC) congratulated nation on Pakistan’s 77th Independence Day.

August 14 is moment to reaffirm our commitment to following vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. “Today is an opportunity to pay tribute to all those sons of soil who sacrificed their lives to defend ideological borders of motherland because nations that forget their martyrs are erased from face of earth,” said in message. Chief Executive Officer Syed Salahuddin Ahmed and Chief Operating Officer Egnineer Asadullah Khan hoisted national flag. They said we should reaffirm our commitment to upholding our national values of unity, faith and discipline in accordance with Quaid’s vision.

They said that freedom is great blessing from Allah, and August 14 is our most important day, so we should celebrate it grandly. They said that Allah has blessed our beloved country with countless blessings. “So, on this day, we should make promise that we will not hesitate to make any sacrifice for integrity of Pakistan. God willing, we will all work day and night to protect and serve our beloved country and Karachi in future.” We should not forget our Kashmiri brothers and sisters who are struggling for their right to self-determination under extreme circumstances, Indian illegal occupation and unbearable brutality. They said that KWSC is committed to serving citizens by providing safe and reliable water and sewerage network and treatment services. KWSC is working tirelessly to ensure uninterrupted water supply and sewerage services despite its limited resources and numerous challenges and in this regard. KWSC provides clean and quality water to every person and street and improves sewage system.
