Mariyam Nafees is a bold and beautiful actress and a woman of today who is not scared of voicing her opinions.

She is always vocal about whether it is a political issue or something social or even in her own industry. She is never scared to say it like it is and people always admire her for it. She is married to Amaan Ahmed who is a producer and the couple has a beautiful relationship.

Mariyam was a guest on Ahmed Ali Butt’s show Mind Na Karna and she was asked about her opinion on polygamy and Shoaib Malik’s marriages were quoted as an example.

She said that she respects that Islam allows polygamy but it also says that men will not be able to do justice between wives. She said that in Shoaib’s case, she does not judge as it is better to end a toxic relationship and get into a new equation and not keep two wives at a time.

As for polygamy, she said that she does not support keeping more than one wife at a time as she does not believe that justice could be done.
